General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of merchandise related to the Yes Cup event through the official website. The seller is AL2 Sport S.S.D. a R.L., with its registered office at Via Marradi, 1, 20123 Milan, Italy.

2. Subject of the Contract
These terms govern the sale of official Yes Cup merchandise. Purchases are reserved exclusively for event participants and visitors, as no shipping is provided.

3. Purchase Procedure and Order Confirmation
Orders placed through the website must subsequently be confirmed by the seller. Confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided by the customer. Only after confirmation is the sales contract considered concluded.

4. Merchandise Collection Procedure
Purchased merchandise must be collected exclusively during the Yes Cup event, at the designated collection point. No shipping is provided.
Failure to collect the merchandise during the event will result in the forfeiture of the right to a refund, and the order will be considered cancelled without the possibility of recovery.

5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase no later than 14 days before the event by sending a written communication to shop@yescup.it.
Outside this period, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal only in cases provided for by applicable law, by sending a communication via registered letter addressed to AL2 Sport S.S.D. a R.L., Via Marradi, 1, 20123 Milan, Italy.

6. Limitation of Liability
AL2 Sport shall not be held liable for any delays in the delivery of merchandise during the event due to force majeure or causes beyond its control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, and/or termination of this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

8. Final Provisions
For anything not expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Italian Civil Code and applicable legislation regarding e-commerce and consumer protection shall apply.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms stated above.
