SPIRIT OF THE YES CUP AND CHARITY
The motto “Bring your flag” guided every moment of the tournament. The teams’ flags represented each squad’s identity, culture, and values, turning the tournament into an opportunity for international exchange and personal growth.
A highlight was the partnership with Fundación PUPI, founded by Javier Zanetti and Paula de la Fuente. Through the “Charity Goal” initiative, each goal scored during the tournament raised one euro for the foundation’s projects, totaling 1,450 euros to support children and families in need.
The opening ceremony in Piazza Duomo featured all teams in the Flag Parade, along with video messages from football stars Massimiliano Allegri, Simone Inzaghi, Jorginho, and Javier Zanetti.
LOOKING AHEAD
“We saw many goals and high-quality matches,” says Luciano Langione, founder of the Yes Cup. “We are already planning next year’s edition from March 28 to 31, 2024, aiming to make the tournament even bigger and more spectacular, including continents such as Africa and America alongside Europe.”
